Vera Velma Kopal, 77, passed away Friday, March 25, 2011, in Phoenix, Arizona. Mrs. Kopal is preceded in death by her husband Charles Kopal. She is survived by her sons; Ron Kopal (Lisa), Ed Kopal (Suzan), Alton Kopal (Terri) and Ken Kopal (Anna), brother Robert James Ratcliffe, sister Edna Merle Mellen, 17 Grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 30, 2011, 6pm at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. A graveside service is scheduled for Thursday 2:30pm at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
