Victoria graduated from Houston Technical Institute in 1973 and went on to work as a clerk for the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Department. She was known for her dedication to her work and her kind, generous spirit.
In her personal life, Victoria was passionate about gardening and was an avid collector of Coca-Cola memorabilia. Her hobbies brought her great joy and reflected her vibrant personality.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Rudy De Leon; and her siblings, Rudy De Leon, Roland De Leon, Robert De Leon, and Jackie Ybarra.
Victoria is survived by her loving husband, Frank Celestinos; her brother, Richard De Leon; and numerous nieces and nephews who cherished her deeply.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to her caregivers and to Deputy Scott Ward for the compassion and support they provided to Vicky in her final days.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in her honor to a kidney foundation of your choice.
A visitation for Victoria will be held Monday, August 25, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A committal service is to follow from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
