I am sorry to hear that Virginia passed away.   I lost touch with her, and her husband Cotton, when we moved to PA.  Her mom, Rada (who we affectionately called Annie), was a babysitter for me and my sister for several decades as we grew up and Annie was a second mother to us. I remember that Virginia would visit her mother every Thursday and she taught me how to play "War" with cards and she would paint my fingernails and it always made me feel very special.  My grandmother once owned the house to the left of Rada's and that's how our family met.  I remember relatives and friends of Annie's late husbands coming over once a week to visit with her as well and we would all sit on the screened-in front porch.   I miss Annie and Virginia very much and they will always be very special childhood memories for me.
