Cindy I saw from a friends post on FB that Walter has passed. I am so sorry for your loss. I know you were "two peas in a pod." I know how much respect and adoration you had for each other -- and apparently it stuck. I am happy for you that you found that GREAT LOVE. I've thought of you two a lot recently, but you weren't on FB, so I figured you were enjoying your privacy -- which is fine. I just want you to know that I have great respect for you and the help you gave me -- and even Walter.... I remember him helping me grade papers in those early years. He, and you, are jewels in my history. All my best,

Walter and I worked together at Northwest Stationers. My favorite memory is when I gave Walter three dots. A red one, a yellow one and a green one. He started at 8am while I started at 9am. He was to put one of the colored dots on the edge of his desk to let me know what mood the boss was in. Red was for bad mood. Yellow he could go either way. Green was for good mood. Thanks to Walter I knew what kind of day it was going to be even before I punched the clock. We had some good times at Northwest Stationers.
Rest in Peace my friend
