Harold was a registered professional engineer in good standing, Texas; member of S.P. Waltrip Masonic Lodge No. 1388, A.F. & A.M., and the Brazos Valley Amateur Radio Club.
Harold is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Ann; children: William H. Parker, Jr. and wife, Cindy, John R. Parker and wife, Patti, Cecily Nichols and husband, Dan; grandchildren: William H. Parker, III and wife, Crystal, John R. Parker, Jr., Megan Parker, Justin Parker and Dustin Nichols; great-grandson, William H. Parker, IV.
A memorial service celebrating Harold's life was held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 19, 2014 in the chapel of Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road in Houston, Reverend Dick Kruse, officiated.
