He entered into eternal rest on December 24, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father William Fredrick Blankenship Sr. ; step-father Hollis E. Charleville; grandparents Martin and Frances Forbes and Arthur and Dorothy “Grandma Dot” Blankenship.
