You are truly going to be missed. I loved our chats, although sometimes they were just too short. Oh the stories he would tell that made me laugh til my side hurt. He loved his daughters, his Church, woodworking, and the races. He made everyone he came to know feel special. Words can never be enough to console Debbie, but I hope she can take that he is happy and at peace with his best friend and the love of his life, Louise.

I love this man with all my heart. You see, he is my "other Dad". I have been best friends with his daughter ,Debbie, for about 50 yrs. Mr. Harris treated me like I was his very own child. Mr. Harris and Mrs. Harris took me every where with them. Even vacation. Mr. Harris, I have the highest respect for you. You are a mentor to me. I will miss you so much. I know you are at peace and happy to be with Mrs. Harris.. I love you forever.

I worked with Bill at the Harris County Toll Road Authority and am truly saddened to learn of his passing. Bill was a true gentleman in every way; also very kind and patient. Rest in Peace Bill, and God Bless his family and friends.
