

William (Bill) Clifford Hill was born March 16, 1938, in Clarksville, TX. He was called to heaven unexpectedly on October 31, 2025. He loved growing up in a small town as a young child and quickly adapted to his bustling adopted home of Houston, TX as a young boy. He came of age in the east end of Houston and met the love of his life, his partner and best friend Bobbie. They had a 65-year happy marriage and raised three children, Vivian Ewing, Teresa Morgan and David Hill.
William was a lively, happy soul, a lover of people, family, friends and always there to lend a helping hand or to brighten your day with a joke or two. He was a lover of travel, music, good food and conversation. He has mentored many people in life and in business and donated to multiple charities. He was dearly loved and respected by all. Along with Bobbie, he owned the successful Champagne Printing business from 1976-1999.
He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed and by wife Bobbie, Vivian Ewing, Ronald Ewing, David Hill, Grandchildren William Valdiviez, Sydney Smith, Natalie, Rebecca, Erica, Sarah Morgan. William Hill always commented: "I have had a wonderful, giving, and loving life more than ever expected. I have been blessed with family and friends beyond belief !"
A visitation will be held on November 8, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow on the same day from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the Chapel of Angels. A committal service will take place on November 8, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
