Zayn Amiri Alston (Papa Bear) of Houston, Texas passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at the age of 2 months old. He was born July 6, 2024 in Houston, Texas, where he grew up with his mom, Trinity Perez, and dad, Demari Alston.

He was actively involved in watching Flushed Away, Coco Melon, and Boss Baby. He loved to watch his mother and father's music videos. He made sure to give you an everyday eye roll that he inherited from his mom, dad, and gammy.

He is survived by his great grandparents: Laura Martinez, Rebecca Perez, Paul Jerez, Pastor Larry V, Katherine Jackson. His Gammys: Vanessa Martinez, Jennifer Alston. His Big Sister: A'Moura Alston. His Aunts: Destiny Perez, Breeze Alston, Aliyah Perez, Aryiana Martinez. His uncles: Armani Lopez, Jordan Martinez, Gavin Perez. Great aunts: Sabrina Martinez, Victoria Marquez, Regina Perez Kargaletta Lolita Davis and her three children, Jan Houston and her husband with three children, Charity Jackson with two children. Great uncles: Manuel Martinez, Joseph Jackson with three children, Joshua Jackson, Larry Jackson Jr with three children. His cousins: Matthew Martinez, Melissa Martinez, Mandy Martinez, Joseph Martinez, Denise Martinez, Preslie Ho, Jeremiah Carter, Josiah Carter, Gianna Muti. He had plenty more cousin and family friends that will miss him dearly.

Zayn is loved by so many people and will now be in paradise and watching over his family. We have an angel now and will forever hold you in our hearts. We love and will forever miss you, sweet boy. Rest in paradise Zayn.
