Audrey Ann Evans Minor, 85, of Huntsville, AL, passed away on January 3, 2021 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. Audrey was born in Brewton, AL on October 20, 1935 to George W. and Effie Hammac Evans. She graduated from Tr Miller High School.
Audrey married Carroll W. “Skip” Minor on June 15, 1956 and is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by her husband; Skip; 3 children, Gregory A. Minor, Kenneth R. Minor (Tami), and Timothy P. Minor (Faith); 14 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren; and 3 siblings, Gail Evans Burch, Donald R. Evans, and Yvonne Evans Harrell.
“Audrey was loved by all who knew her, and she had a smile that would light up any room. Audrey enjoyed crafts, cooking for her family, and she had a deep love for the Lord.”
Funeral arrangements are being attended to by Valhalla Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 6th from 6:00-8:00pm. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 7th at 3:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home with Entombment to follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
