Craig Lynn Hilbert

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Craig Lynn Hilbert, a beloved husband, step-father, papa, uncle, brother, son, and friend who departed this world on July 6, 2024 at the age of 63.

Craig was a beacon of kindness and generosity, always ready to serve anyone in need. His selflessness knew no bounds. Craig was always there with a listening ear, a helping hand, or a word of advice. The impact he made on his community is immeasurable as he touched countless lives with his compassion and unwavering dedication to our Lord Jesus Christ.

A devoted husband, Craig adored his wife, Rhonda, with a love that was palpable to everyone around them. Their bond was a testament to the power of true partnership and unwavering support. His family was the center of his universe, and he cherished every moment spent with them. As a step-father and papa, he provided guidance, love, and wisdom, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of his children and grandchildren.

In every role he embraced Craig exemplified the very best of humanity. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and his spirit will continue to inspire us to be better, kinder, and more loving individuals.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Hilbert. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Rhonda; his step-children Trey (Alicia) Perry, and Stephanie (Brian) Embry; his four grandchildren, Kiarah, Westyn, Mavryck and Laurel Embry; his father and step-mother Mike & Meagin Hilbert; his sisters, Chris (Michael McGaw) Hilbert, Joan (Charles Crawford) Hilbert, and Marci Van Buskirk; his brother Troy (Michelle) Hilbert; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Craig will be laid to rest on July 13, 2024 at Valhalla Funeral Home, where family and friends are invited to honor his memory. Visitation and service to begin at 10:30AM followed by the celebration of life at 12:00PM with internment following.
