ELEANOR ROSE CONNER May 20, 1919 – March 10, 2015 Eleanor R. Conner, 95, went home to be with our heavenly father on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper and Blanche Breeden Nix; her husband, William Leroy Conner; 4 brothers; 4 sisters; her daughter, Norma (Paul) Pezzani; and her grandson, David Krivickas. Ms. Conner is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Daniel) Krivickas of Schererville, IN; her son, Johnnie R. (Patsy) Conner of New Market, AL; 7 beloved grandchildren, Daniel (Elizabeth) Krivickas, Tammy (Benny) Sims, Timothy (Sandy) Krivickas, Wendy (Carl) Russell, Martin (Rachel) Pezzani, Stephen Pezzani, Joseph (and fiancé,Teresa) Krivickas; 9 great grandchildren, Jesse and Conner Sims, William and Hannah Krivickas, Brienne Krivickas, Natalie and Lorienne Pezzani and Cassidy Pezzani and Christian Russell. Eleanor was widowed at 36 years old and worked hard to raise her three young children alone. She was employed at the Solo Cup Company in Chicago, Illinois for over 28 years. She was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. With a smile on her face, you could always hear her say, “Can I have a hug”? Ms. Conner was a member of Flint River Baptist Church of Hazel Green, AL. Eleanor Conner was much loved and will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have known her! You may visit with the family on Friday, March 13, 2015 at Valhalla Funeral Home from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.
