Paul worked in the food industry, where he was known as a dedicated employee. He was also an avid reader and lifelong learner.
He is survived by his parents, Eugene Paul Kelly Sr. and Virginia Gail Pipes (Snead); his stepfather, John Pipes; his brother, Preston Kelly (Pam); and his sister, Regina Woods (David). He is also survived by his nieces, Rachel Kelly Woods, Brianne Kelly, and Alaina Kelly.
Paul was preceded in death by his brother, Brian Kelly, and his stepmother, Ann Kelly.
A visitation will be held on January 5, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Valhalla Funeral Home, located at 698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35811.
The funeral service will follow on the same day from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the same location.
A committal service will take place on January 5, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm at Valhalla Memory Gardens & Funeral, also located at 698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35811.
