Frank Roscoe Raymond

Frank Roscoe Raymond, 73, of Huntsville, AL, died November 16, 2025. Frank was born on August 6, 1952, in Louisville, KY, to Roscoe and Juanita Raymond.

He entered the United States Army in 1974. Frank was stationed briefly at Redstone Arsenal, where he met his wife of 47 years, Belinda. After his service, Frank worked at Infodetics then Dunlop Tire. Frank enrolled at Abilene Christian University in Texas where he graduated with a B.A. in 1995. In 1997, Frank returned to Huntsville and to Dunlop Tire then Goodyear Tire until its closure. Frank retired from PPG Aerospace in 2023.

Also known as “Bubby,” Frank was kind, generous, and never missed the chance to make a joke. He was a devoted provider over the years for his family. He enjoyed spending time at Rosie’s Mexican Cantina, traveling with his many friends and family, playing acoustic and Spanish guitar, fishing at Jackson County State Park, and cheering on his Kentucky Wildcats.

Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Belinda; son, Frank “Rocky” Raymond Jr., and daughters, Ashleigh (Ben), and Natalie. He is also survived by his sister, Helen Blackburn and brother-in-law Michael as well as his brother-in-law, Gary Houk. Among his many nieces and nephews, he held a particularly close bond with his niece, Linda, and her husband, Joe Cutsinger, who were his devoted travel companions and friends. He leaves behind many other loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A visitation will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home, located at 698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, Alabama, 35811, on November 20, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service with Military Honors will take place at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel, 698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, Alabama, 35811, on November 21, 2025, at 11:00 am.
