Gloria C. Taddia, 88, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, November 1, 2014. She was born September 11, 1926 in Springfield, Massachusetts, but moved to Florida in 1956. Gloria was married to Alfred Taddia, the love of her life, for 56 years until his passing in 2003. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Aurelio and Lillian Cini; 3 sisters, Emiline, Louise and Ida; and 1 brother, Richard Cini.
Gloria went back to school later in life to study and become an LPN. She also loved sewing and was quite accomplished at it, and made quilts for practically everyone.
Ms. Taddia is survived by 1 brother, Joseph Cini; and her 2 sons; Alfred (Barbara) Taddia, and Steven (Maureen) Taddia; 6 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Gloria was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
