

He was preceded in death by his parents and by his daughters, Janice R. Burgreen and Constance D. Hodges.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 73 years, Vivian P. Honey; his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
Mr. Honey proudly served in the United States National Guard during the Korean War. He spent his career working in the auto body industry and was known for his dedication and strong work ethic. In his free time, he enjoyed Alabama football and took great pride in supporting his grandchildren, faithfully attending their sporting events whenever he could.
Visitation will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Road NE, Huntsville, Alabama 35811, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Valhalla’s Celebration Chapel. Mr. Honey will be laid to rest in Valhalla Memory Gardens immediately following the service.
