Joe Alvin Palmer, age 83, passed on May 14, 2026; he was born on August 16, 1942.
A Homegoing Service will be held at Union Chapel M. B. Church, 315 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35811, on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 12:00pm. Mr. Palmer will lie in repose one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
