Judy Ann Gilly, 64 of Huntsville, Alabama passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016. Judy was a born in Oswego, New York. She was best known as the “Cake Lady” to most who knew her. She was a kind-hearted woman who never turned away a chance to talk to a stranger. Judy had an amazing zest for life with her family and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ken and Shirley Stacy.
She is survived by her children, Matt, Sean and Jesse; husband, Retired SFC Wayne D. Gilly, US Army; grandchildren, Mia, Serena, Kira and Gerrit; her mother in law; siblings, Morris (Moe) Stacy, Marilyn Stacy (Dale), Jerry Stacy, Janice Stacy Mashburn and Brian Stacy.
You may visit with the family on Friday, July 8, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 1:00pm in Valhalla’s Chapel with Rev. Steve MacInnis and Deacon Michael Gilly. Interment will immediately follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society research in her honor.
