I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day and not only to me to, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 NIV

What a beautiful soul! You will truly be missed here on earth! Although I only met Mrs. Porter a handful of times, she was always very welcoming and friendly. I truly believe that she never met a stranger and everyone she encountered was greeted with love. She truly lived a life of “love thy neighbor as thyself”! I am definitely saddened by the news of her passing, but I find comfort in knowing that God has welcomed His faithful servant home! Take your rest, Mrs. Porter 😘!
Praying for Mr. Porter, Sedrick and family during this most difficult time.

I am totally loss for words. I know there are no perfect words to say but my heart goes out to the family. I will miss Mrs. Porter conversations, laughter and her love. Her love, energy and enthusiasm for people were contagious. She had a heartfelt and unique gift on how to make a person feel comfortable. I am so thankful and grateful to have shared memories with Mrs. Porter. I will miss her dearly but I do know she is in a better place! May you all find peace through out this journey.

I remember seeing Karola on Sunday morning at the Rock and she always had a smile on her face and she always looking around as security to make sure no one was doing something they weren't suppose to do. Loved it when she was around and have missed her since she got sick

Karola has been our neighbor for as long as I can remember. She has encouraged me, prayed for and with me. She would get onto my son when he was going the wrong way and I am forever thankful. Brett is so heartbroken. He remembers all her advice. Karola will never be forgotten. She always had a Word of God in her conversation and her behavior. She really loved our dog BG and would feed him over the fence all the time. Now they both have move on to a better place. Clifford, myself and the boys love you now and forever. Fly high Karola, fly high!! Our love remains with and for you.
