Preceded in death by his loving wife, Alice Ann Atkin Bourque; parents, Germain and Leona Mary (Gaudin) Bourque; two brothers, Pete Bourque and Hart Bourque.

Survived by his six Children: K. Steve Bourque II, Alice Ann Ellis (Joel) W. Brian Bourque (Tammy), R. Doug Bourque (Gina), Mary Kay Pakruda (Michael), Laura Jean Morton (Joe Ray). Thirteen Grandchildren: Heather Songy (Terry), Kenneth S. Bourque III (Sabrenna), Robyn Bourque, Jennifer & Lindsay Ellis, Kacie Butler (Taylor), Adam Bourque, Chad and Taylor Bourque, Carlee Kiggans (Daniel), Christopher Pakruda (Samantha), Rhyan Elise Wilson (Daniel), Jared Morton. Six Great Grandchildren: Nicholas & Thomas Songy, Gracelynn Bourque, Genna Kiggans, Noah and Olivia Pakruda.

His main passion, after spending time with family & friends, was golfing. He was an avid sports fan, especially for the LSU Tigers & he attended his children’s, grandchildren’s, and great grandchildren’s numerous sporting events for many years.

He was an active member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, participating as a Eucharist Minister and other various church activities.

Arrangements are as follows: Visitation at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Friday, March 26, 2021 from 10:00am until 11:00am. The Catholic Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00am, with Father Tim Pfander officiating. Burial will follow mass at Valhalla Memory Gardens Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to either Ovarian Cancer Research or Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
