He was born in Huntsville, Alabama on September 28, 1958 to John Manuel Lott and Audrey Swafford Lott. His father predeceased him.
Lennon was a true entrepreneur, organizing and operating multiple businesses in the Huntsville area. Later, working as a truck driver, he earned a Million-Mile Safety Award leading to him becoming a Fleet Manager and a Safety Manager in the trucking industry. Lennon was a member of the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA) and the Patriot Guard Riders. Lennon played the drums for a long time for Willowbrook Baptist Church worship services, as he celebrated his faith. As an outdoorsman, he enjoyed cooking, grilling, riding his motorcycle and driving his Corvette.
Lennon is survived by his wife, Sarah Lynn Robinson of Gurley, AL; son, Ryan Lott (Candace); granddaughters, AnnaLaura and CoraBeth Lott; son, Alex Lott (Chelsea); grandson, Jacob Tyler Lott, all of Huntsville; stepdaughter, Jessica Roberts (Ben); grandsons, Nolan, Trevor and Graham, all of Huntsville; mother, Audrey Lott of Scottsboro; sister, Wanda Tankersley (Pat) of St. Augustine, FL; and brother, John “Mickey” Lott (Nancy) of Scottsboro.
