One of my best customers I had at subway. She was always nice and had a smile on her face. You will be truly missed. Rest In Peace with our Heavenly Father.

I adored, Mrs. Goodwin. My husband and I have been doing business with her since we moved to the valley in, '03. She was so kind and she'd talk to me about the flowers... I learned a lot from her. I had a lot more to learn from her. She will be greatly missed! Last year, she gave my husband an ivy plant, to give to me, I'd never tried ivy, I have so many flowers and memories thanks to Mrs. Goodwin.

I only knew her for a little over a year, but boy was it packed with great memories. She was the first friend I made in Gurley and I was fortunate enough to work for her at the feed and seed. Not only did I learn so many new things about plants, but was witness to so many acts of kindness and qualities of a extraordinary human. She would tell me “you don’t have to work so hard all the time come take a break” and then I would get to hear stories about Gurley, her childhood, marriage, motherhood, and everything in between. We talked a lot about food, she always said she loved to eat. She would often joke about adopting me and she felt more like family than my boss. She was the third person to find out I was expecting a child after myself and Ashley, and I was so looking forward to introducing my daughter to her. She was the friend I didn’t know I needed and it won’t be the same without her. I will definitely be passing on what I learned from her to my daughter Laurel. Thank you Mrs. Goodwin for everything. I won’t forget the light in your eyes that sparked as you watched things grow. Rest easy friend, you deserve a break.

Mrs.Goodwin was a nice and sweet lady I used to shop at Goodwin's feed and seed and she knew everything that there was about plants.
You will be missed but not forgotten.
