Martha Ann Kelly

She was born in Gadsden, Alabama on November 29, 1942, to Newman Milwee and Audrey Crump Milwee.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Newman and Audrey Crump Milwee as well as a brother, Jerry Milwee.

Ann is survived by her loving soulmate and husband of 20 years, Eugene Kelly; her cousins, Ellen (Ralph) Dunn and Sarah Cash whom she loved more than a sister; step-children, Paul Kelly, Preston (Pam) Kelly, Regina (David) Woods and a wonderful family of nephews, nieces and cousins.

Ann retired from Gadsden State Junior College after a long successful career. She was a beautiful, kind woman of God, full of grace, love and forgiveness. If you were fortunate enough to have known Ann, then you know she was a wonderful person, wife, relative and friend to all.

Ann's passing has left an overwhelming emptiness in the hearts of everyone that loved her. A Celebration of Life Service for Ann will be held Friday, September 15, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home & Memory Gardens, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811, conducted by Dr. Bobby Burt of The University Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
