Penny was born April 28th, 1957, and departed this life June 3rd, 2026. She was a resident of Mayfair Towers in Huntsville, Al. and was a faithful, devoted member of New Vision United Pentecostal Church.
Penny is preceded in death by her father, Billy Fred Clardy Sr.; mother, Edith Bernice Clardy (BC); brother, Billy Fred Clardy Jr.; and nephew, Billy Fred Clardy 3rd.
She is survived by one brother, Tim Clardy and four sisters: Nancy Gail Sanders, Mickey Giarratano (Stephen), Debbie Clardy and Amanda Wright (Jeff); along with nieces, nephews, her Mayfair Family, her church family, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Road NE, Huntsville, AL 35811. A Celebration of Life Service to honor Penny will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 10:00am in Valhalla's Celebration Chapel. Penny will be laid to rest at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
