

An incredibly, strong example of a wife, mother, and grandmother, Jo was reunited with her parents, children and sister in heaven on Sunday June 7, 2015 passing peacefully at Huntsville Hospital.
Proceeded by in death; her parents, James Wilbur Garrett and Olene Pike Garrett, children Terry Wesley Goodman and Cynthia Carol Goodman Salmon (Sis), and sister Linda Faye Garrett Chandler.
Survived by her husband Jerry Goodman, her granddaughters Kayla Salmon Monroe and husband James C Monroe II and Ariel Salmon, her sister Wilma Ann Garrett McCutcheon, her Aunt Virginia Rozell and husband Charles Rozell, her nieces Melissa Chandler Galipeau and husband James Galipeau, and Kay Holt, her nephews James D Chandler Jr., Michael McCutcheon, and Timothy McCutcheon, and her loving pet Sophie.
Jo as she was known by family and friends was a member of the Church of Christ. She dedicated her time to Chrysler Corporations until she retired. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 10, 2015 at 5:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home. Visitation is from 3:00pm-5:00pm. Brother Gary Bradley will be officiating the service.
