She married Robert O. Parks on June 13, 1953. They had 3 children and were married 38 years before his death in September 1991.
She is survived by her children, Danny Parks (wife Donna); David Parks (wife Roxanne); Vickie Parks Wales (husband Van); 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
