Patricia Ann Walker

Pat graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1959 and then soon after married her childhood sweetheart, Jim on August 11, 1961. Pat and Jim spent several years hunting and fishing all over West Virginia before deciding it was time to start a family. On Sept 6, 1965, they had their one child, a son, Jamie. Pat was a wonderful mother and loved being a mom to Jamie. Later when he got married and had children of his own, she continued her love by nurturing her two grandchildren. She loved to paint, read, and her many pets, but most of all being with family and friends.

Pat is survived by her son James Lewis Walker II and his wife Tami, granddaughter Elaina Diane Walker and grandson Tyler James Walker.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband James (Jim); mother Alta and father John Thrash; and sister Zeta (Peaches) Sarver.

Pat loved her pets, having many dogs and cats over the years. She also loved to paint. So, in lieu of flowers please consider a donation to your local humane society or arts fund in her name.
