RAYMOND LEWIS LOW October 28, 1955 – September 1, 2015 Raymond Lewis Low, 59, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at his residence in Huntsville, AL. Left to cherish his precious memory is his daughter, Jessica Low Nobles (Taylor); his parents, William L. and Reba G. Low; brothers, Steven (Doris) Low and David (Venita) Low; one niece, three nephews and two great nephews; his beloved dog Charlie, and a host of friends and extended family. Raymond cherished music, especially the Beatles. He had a passion for Alabama and New Orleans Saints Football. Raymond loved the outdoors. His hobbies included gardening, fishing, and camping. More than anything he loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a graduate of Jacksonville State University where he served as President of Delta Chi Fraternity. He spent his professional career in retail management beginning with JCPenney’s in Tuscaloosa and continued through Jackson and Chattanooga, TN, Kenner and Covington, LA. His most recent management position was with Bed Bath and Beyond on Carl T. Jones Drive in Huntsville, AL. Raymond Low was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him! Visitation will be from 11:00AM to Noon on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Valhalla Funeral Home (698 Winchester Road NE in Huntsville, AL 35811), followed by a service officiated by Brother Mark Smith from Willowbrook Baptist Church.
