Virginia Suits Reed

Jenny dedicated much of her life to serving others through her work in customer service at Castner Knott and Dillard’s, where she found great joy in helping people. Her warm smile and generous spirit made a lasting impact on those she encountered.

Throughout her life, Jenny traveled with her husband, AJ. Together, they lived in Okinawa, Puerto Rico, Indiana, and eventually settled in Huntsville, Alabama.

A woman of deep faith, Jenny's favorite televangelists were Jim Bakker, Perry Stone, and Jimmy Swaggart. When not watching them, she could always be found watching Fox News. She cherished her visits to Israel and PTL.

Above all, Jenny treasured her family. She is survived by her son, Darrell; daughter, Tammy; sisters, Shirley and Linda; grandchildren, Taylor and Tiffany; and great-grandchildren, Liam, Oakley, and Eli.

Jenny also had a passion for shopping, always on the lookout for a sale. Her love for life and her generosity will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her legacy of love, kindness, and faith will live on in the hearts of those she touched. A service to honor her life will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home on Saturday, March 22 at 3pm with visitation at 2pm.
