Mr. Powell is survived by his wife, Adele Jane Waters Powell; Son, Jeff Powell; Step son, Ronn Wetherall; step daughter, Lynn Rucker; brother, Herb Powell and 3 grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
William was born in Pavilion, New York. He joined the Air Force at age 17 and served 20 years before retiring. He served 10 years in the Civil Service before retiring. He was a member of Madison Baptist Church. Bill loved fishing, gardening and animals. He was always happy to share his vast computer knowledge and skills to help family and friends. He was a loving brother, husband, father, friend and neighbor that will be extremely missed.
