Alice Staley Hedstrom, 84, of Carmel, passed away August 25, 2026. She was born March 7, 1942, in Brazil, Indiana to the late Gilbert and Eurtice (Hoffa) Staley. Alice met her husband, Bruce, in college and married in 1964. They were married for 56 years until his death in 2021.
Alice is survived by her daughter Melissa (Gary); three grandchildren, Miranda (Curtis), Bailey, and Sean; two great grandchildren, Oliver and Wren.
She enjoyed gardening, charity work with Stansfield Circle, and wine.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 11 AM – 12 PM followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM, all at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 100 W. 86th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
