Anne B Rudy

Anne Rudy, beloved mother, grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 97 on October 31, 2025, in Indianapolis. Born on September 23, 1928, in Anderson, Indiana. Anne graduated from Alexandria High School and Butler University. She was a long time member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority and Meridian Street United Methodist Church where she formed lifelong friendships.

Anne is preceded in death by her husband Charles (Chuck) H. Rudy. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Rudy Spickelmier and Jane Rudy Garrison (Harold). Anne was grandmother to Jon Christiaan Spickelmier (Janice), Carter Rudy Garrison (Shenelle), Clay Waters Garrison (Meredith) and Deana Garrison Foley (Andrew). She was also a great grandmother to 5.

Anne loved to play golf and tennis at Woodland Country Club as well as bridge at the Indianapolis Bridge Center. She volunteered for may years at Day Nursery and the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

The family would like to thank the staff at Marquette Manor and Paradigm for their compassionate care. Private funeral arrangements are entrusted to Leppert Mortuary and Crown Hill Cemetery.
