Carolyn North Miller, daughter of Herbert North and Aline McAllister, passed away September 21, 2025. She was born June 5, 1927 in Aurora, Indiana. Although an Indiana native, she lived in the west for several years. In Albuquerque she met and married her husband Floyd Miller who preceded her in death. She attended Earlham College and Indiana University and was a teacher for 15 years and a homemaker.
She lived for over 30 years in Bean Blossom, Indiana before moving to Indianapolis, Indiana in the mid 1990s.
She is survived by a son Craig Miller and his wife Anne of Indianapolis.
Burial after cremation will be beside her husband at Weeping Willow Cemetery in Bean Blossom, Indiana.
She was an avid lover of trees and took great joy in watching trees grow and flourish through the years. If you would like to remember Carolyn, In lieu of flowers or donations, plant a tree of your choice in a location of your choice, and spend the coming years watching it grow. This would make her very happy.
