Jennifer R. McNiven

Jennifer Renee (Lytle) McNiven, age 50, of Fishers, Indiana, passed peacefully from this earth, on Friday November 14th, 2025. Born April 10, 1975, in Lima, Ohio, Jennifer was the daughter of Wes and Becky Lytle and sister of Kristin (Lytle) Kincer.

Jennifer married Chris McNiven on August 16, 1997, and together they shared more than 28 years of marriage centered on deep friendship, shared purpose, and choosing one another every day. She was the devoted and deeply engaged mother of Liam (18) and Drew (16), who were the joy and delight of her life.

Jennifer built her career around helping others grow, learn, and lead with authenticity. She was known for her insight, calm presence, thoughtful leadership, and her ability to see and bring out the best in people. Friends and colleagues describe her as wise, grounded, encouraging, and quietly influential in ways that will continue to ripple forward.

She will be remembered for her kindness, perspective, gentle humor, love of nature and travel, and her commitment to living with intention and integrity. Her legacy lives on most fully in her family, her friendships, and the many lives she touched.

She is survived by her husband, Chris; her sons, Liam and Drew; her father Wes and his wife Cammy Lytle; and her sister, Kristin.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Grace Fishers (12450 Olio Road, Fishers, IN 46037) on Saturday, November 22nd. Visitation will be offered from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with a service beginning at 1:00 PM.
