Jenny Andrews

Jenny Andrews was born in Newport News Virginia on August 17, 1947 to Alvin and Virginia Kuehn. For most of her younger life she lived in Columbus, Indiana and graduated from Columbus Senior High School in 1965, She then attended and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a degree in Education and completed her Master's degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She taught in both the Richmond, Indiana Public Schools and the Union County, Indiana School System.

She married Bob Andrews in 1967 and together raised four children: Rebecca O'Brien (Michael) of Indianapolis, Brad Andrews (Patricia) of Cosmopolis, Washington, Miles Andrews of Carmel, IN and Charlotte Andrews of Indianapolis. Jenny also was blessed with two grandchildren Grace O'Brien of Richmond, Virginia and Thomas O’Brien of Indianapolis.

Married during their time at I.U., Jenny and Bob were about to celebrate their 58th anniversary. She worked many years as co-owner of The Greenskeeper, Inc. and with Bob in administering The Indiana Professional Lawn & Landscape Association.

Her love of nature and she maintained a wild bird feeding area that would match anyone’s! She was also blessed with Andy the Dog who kept her warm and loved.

In addition to her parents, Jenny was predeceased by a younger brother Kent Allen Kuehn who died in 1952.

Her greatest trait was her heartfelt kindness and genuine warmth. She truly loved and will be missed.

Visitation will be held at Leppert Mortuary & Crematory Services - Nora, 740 East 86th St, Indianapolis, IN 46240, on June 2, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, followed by a Memorial Service at the same location on June 2, 2026, at 4:00 pm.
