Kevin O'Connell

Kevin L. O’Connell, 38 of Indianapolis, departed this life Saturday, January 5, 2019. He was born December 9, 1980 in Fort Lauderdale, FL to Larry and Sandy O’Connell. Kevin was a kind and gentle soul who appreciated making memories with family and friends. He was an accomplished musician who never passed on a chance to jam with friends. As a guitarist, his inspiration was Jimi Hendrix. Kevin also enjoyed the beaches of Florida and playing at various venues around Indianapolis.

Kevin is survived by his devoted parents, Larry and Sandy O’Connell; his loving siblings, Eric and Brittany O’Connell; his dear niece, Lucy O’Connell; his grandmother and step-grandfather, Anita and Robert Stephenson; aunt, Deanna Kindsvatter and cousins, Jacob Thompson and Sheena Widner. Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alice and John O’Connell and his uncles, Stan and Steve Thompson. Memorial services for Kevin will take place at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in the Chapel at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 100 West 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN. All are invited to attend.
