Nancy Carol Wright (née: Robbins) died May 29, 2025, at age 81 of complications related to dementia and pneumonia. Born to Vera and Arlie Robbins in Dayton, Ohio, 1943, Nancy was a bright presence in her youth, turned heads as a young woman, and found her passion and calling as a Registered Nurse for most of her adult life. Her empathy and love for her patients was long lasting and impactful as she was drawn most to those in need of passionate advocates, often children and the disabled. She owned a deep pride in her career as a R.N. and made a difference with the lives of patients in the communities and hospitals of Battle Creek and Kalamazoo, MI; Richmond, IN; St. Petersburg, FL, and Nashville, TN. Her care for others and animals in need often overshadowed her own needs. She was a proud mother and is survived by a daughter, two sons, six grandchildren and two brothers. In memoriam, the family asks that you simply remember a moment of fondness spent with her.
