

She was born April 13, 1933 in Rockville, Indiana to William B. and Eleanor Elizabeth Haydon. She was preceded in death by a sister, Eleanor Gibbs McCrary and a brother, William W. Haydon. Pattie was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, John E. Weyreter.
Pattie dedicated her life to the comfort and care of those she loved. As a full-time loving wife, mother, and caregiver, her family was always at the center of her world. She embraced her roles as a grandmother and great-grandmother with endless affection and grace, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and devotion. As a teenager, Pattie loved ice skating at The Coliseum. Later in life, she enjoyed sewing and golfing.
She graduated from Short Ridge High School and married her high school sweetheart in 1952. John and Pattie were members of Northminster Presbyterian Church and Crooked Stick Golf Club.
She is survived by her children: son, Stephen Weyreter (Jennifer), and daughter, Nancy Ison (Stephen). She is also lovingly remembered by her six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to express extreme gratitude to the staff at The Stratford, Marquette Manor, and Hospice for the exceptional care, compassion and kindness shown to Pattie. Their dedication brought her and her family great comfort.
In remembrance of Pattie's life, contributions may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Doctors Without Borders, or Northminster Presbyterian Church.
