I haven't talked to Ray since 2021. He was my friend and realtor. I have been so focused on my health issues and chronic illness but had been meaning to reach out. Today he came to my mind and so I had this feeling he had passed away. I googled him and saw his obituary and it brought me to tears. Ray was such a unique person. He was an amazing realtor and always had the best customer service out of anyone that I've have ever worked with in my life. He got me through and guided me in real estate decisions during some of the most difficult times in my life. He was very much like a father figure and always looked out for others as it was in his character to do so. May he fly high and sleep in peace. I am blessed to have known you, Ray.

I lived next door to Raymond and his lovely parents on Primrose Avenue when I was a child. Raymond was an older teen then, and he knew my cousins from Christ the King, where I also went to school. I see so much of Mrs. Rohana in him, and it was nice to reconnect with him on social media a few years ago. I didn't know that Raymond graduated from Brebeuf, where I now serve as director of student activities. I will miss his kind presence in the world, and I am so sorry for the loss to his family and friends.

Raymond was a sweet and kind man with a gentle soul!!  We dated for awhile approximately 20 years ago.  My sincerest condolences and sympathy to his family and friends.

I hope he got one last dinner in at Fogo De Chao, and Watami sushi before he passed., they were 2 of his favorites. I went with him a few times. His house will be empty of Christmas without him. He loved it so much.

Ray came into my life when I was a young boy and opened his whole heart to me.  He showed me what it really means to give and not expect anything in return. He was there for me during some difficult times and always put what was best for me first. He was such a devoted man, not just to his dreams, but to those of his friends and family as well. I remember him proudly showing me all of his gadgets, hobbies and trains. I can just picture his beautiful smile whenever he would pick me up to go see a movie or have a meal. Over the years we never missed reconnecting on holidays - either together with my Dad or across the miles over the phone. It was always a great time catching back up. And gosh did we love watching Star Wars movies together! He was such a sweet guy, who never met a stranger. He had a special way that was uniquely Ray. I will always keep you in my heart and memories. Rest easy Ray Ray. 

One of the last pure souls in this world lost... I know you missed your parents, brother. Even though I'm hollowed out with your loss, I'm so happy you're reunited with them.

I bought a condo in 2002 from Ray when I moved to Indianapolis and he sold that condo when I relocatd to Michigan . We  remained in touch all these  years.  I was devastated to learn of his death. I want his family to know that he was an exceptional person who touched so many lives and he will be greatly missed.

My name is Kevin Barach and I worked with Ray at Tucker in the 90's. I sm in a different business now, but Ray and I always stayed in touch and periodically shared a meal. Ray was a great man and a wonderful and talented realtor and negotiator. He was a great fan of Indy and comic con. He loved going to movies. I will miss you my dear friend.

Mr. Ray started off as my mother’s realtor and then became mine. I will always be grateful for the extra time that he invested in passing along his knowledge and wisdom to me. He genuinely cared and consistently went out of his way to make sure that we were in the best position possible. His passion, generosity, and kindness will be greatly missed. 

Oh my goodness. What a tragedy. I’m so sad to see him go! Ray was just that, a ray of sunshine. He loved people and was a man of service. He lived for others. I was blessed to know him and volunteer by his side for 6 years on the Board for Arts for Lawrence. We became good friends. I even interviewed with him to potentially join his real estate team. I chose a different path, but he was so helpful in supporting my decision. When I think of Christmas, I always think of Ray. I was lucky to tour his home and his cherished Christmas decor collection and see his train. He truly was a child at heart. He cherished his family, his friends, his work associates and didn’t know a stranger. Rest In Peace my friend. I know you are now in your Mother’s loving embrace. 

I first met Ray in 2015 when I relocated to Indiana.  He helped my husband and I purchase our home in Brownsburg, and then sell it when we relocated to Chicago.  He couldn't be our agent in Chicago, but he used is network to get us a trusted realtor to purchase our next home in Chicago and then sell it again for the next relocation.  Ray was such a genuine and kind person and someone that was a wonderful friend.  Our deepest condolences to his family.  

I met Ray in 2018 when I travelled to Indianapolis and GenCon for the first time. We spoke often via FB after that, and events prevented me from travelling again. He was always so welcoming and witty, and I will always regret not meeting him once more at Fogo for a meat feast.... I will miss our online chats and I wish all his family and friends my condolences. Know that he made friends even as far away as South Africa, because of his warm heart and generosity. I am so sad

Ray was an amazing friend, boyfriend and father figure to my son. My son received the blessing of attending St. Simon because of Ray's generosity. He had the unique ability to manage multiple projects well. He was so enthusiastic about the arts, anything Disney, and Christmas. I believe his decorated home made the news more than once.  Family was so important to him, and we shared Sunday dinners at his brother Dr. Rudy's home nearly every week.  His kindness and joy were contagious. Ray will forever be in my heart as one of the kindest, most-loving and funny men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Rest in peace. 

I’m sure like many, many others, Ray was initially our realtor; however, through the home-buying process, my wife and I developed a lasting friendship with him. He was passionate, caring, and certainly will be missed. Rest In Peace, Ray.

I met Ray in 2006 and helped him when he built his home in Lawrence . He not only bought there , but helped others build/buy in the community as well. He was so professional , dressed to the nines and always had the best ties! As I got to know him a bit I realized what an incredible sense of humor he had ( so hilarious )  and such a tremendous heart!  He was so kind , always willing to help others . I experienced that as he agreed to help my daughter and her family find a rental home a few years ago.  This was an unpaid transaction for him , as we weren't  buying anything , but he treated it just as if we were , showing us several homes spanning three months all the way over on the westside of Indy!  
 Finally we found the perfect home for them  in Brownsburg, where he  helped us negotiate the lease ,  and followed up after they all moved in to make sure all was going well.  We couldn't have done this without him . I was so stunned to hear that he left us.   Much love to his family as you grieve , you can see from all the messages how many lives he touched and how he was so loved . I  will certainly miss him, but celebrate his life well lived .      
                                                       

I have so many wonderful memories of Ray, I don't know where to start. He was one of the kindest, caring, compassionate men I have known. His kindness and caring extended to my daughter, my grandson Jace, my mother Ruth and so many more friends and family. 
Ray was always so generous. He was there for anyone who needed a kind word, help with purchasing or selling their home, a perfect photo,  a place to stay, and most of all, comfort, love, and patience  through  the tough times. I will cherish the memories of Mr. Christmas in my heart forever.

I remember Ray as a classmate at Brebeuf. He introduced me to the wonders of developing pictures in the dark room there, and he was always so enthusiastic about photography and how seeing life through a lens changes one's perspective. I'm glad to see he never lost that gift of child-like joy and wonder which he so obviously continued to share with his family and friends. May we all be comforted by the life he lived and shared.

I am in absolute shock to hear of Ray's passing. My heart goes out to the entire family. Ray was a client of mine but also a friend. A kind and passionate soul and dedicated to whatever he set out to do.
For years I used to go to his Christmas Open House and enjoy his unbelievable decorations. He knew I loved Disney. Ray, you will be missed, but thankfully one day ,we will meet you again! 

When my son Was two months old (he’s 16 now)  we walked into a home Ray was listing (in the neighborhood in which he lived) and knew it was our new family home. We Bought it on the spot and hired him to sell our house in Irvington. A few years later I helped Ray with his real estate administrative tasks and marketing. He always wanted me to get licensed and join his team but my kids were so young I wasn’t ready. I learned a lot from him about real estate and building relationships. His home was always open at Christmas for friends, clients and neighbors to stop in and enjoy. My kids loved all his Disney decor. As a friend, former neighbor and now a Tucker colleague. I’m shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. I know he missed his parents terribly and  he is living eternally happy with them now. I love reading everyone’s memories and I hope there is some comfort to the family to read how much he was loved and will be missed.

I’m so very sad to hear about his passing…. I actually met him at an open house when I first got in to the business 12 years ago and was visiting open houses to get an idea of the area and how different Realtors hold open houses. He has always been supportive and kind and oh so memorable and joyful. Such a loss. 💔

Raymond was a board member for Arts for Lawrence from 2011-2016 and served as Treasurer, Vice President and President.  He was very supportive when AFL moved to the theater spending many hours helping me get the building ready to open for programming.  What a wonderful man, kind, supportive and funny.  Raymond got carried away at a fundraising event for AFL resulting in the winning bid for a basket of Cuban rum and cigars (themed for the Old Man and the Sea).  Raymond excitedly came to retrieve his winnings stating “I don’t even smoke or drink!” So many funny stories with Raymond.  I thought I’d get a chance to have another lobster roll lunch.  I’ll miss you Raymond.  

I am shocked.   Ray helped me when I first started with Tucker.  What a kind and wonderful person! I sure will miss him.  I am sorry for the loss of your brother.  The community around him will miss him dearly.

Ray was a friend, a neighbor, and a business associate.  I’ll miss his laugh, sense of humor, and him joining us for “the old man breakfast” on Thursday mornings.  He had a heart of gold, loved his friends, family, and customers, and is incredibly respected as a real estate industry professional.  As our industry became more casual, Ray maintained his discipline with a suit and tie … almost every day.  Incredible human being?   Rest In Peace my friend.
