Susan S Van Frank

Susan graduated from MSU with degree in Medical Technology. She interned and worked at Passavant Hospital in Chicago IL, and worked at St Luke’s Hospital in NYC and Sparrow Hospital in Lansing Michigan. Susan volunteered in the Emergency Room at Marion Co. General and Recovery Room at St Vincent Hospital.

Susan taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, and volunteered at Lockfield Gardens Preschool, Fall Creek School, Allisonville School, and North Central High School. She was a member of the Junior League of Indianapolis and a docent at the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

Susan was a loving, cherished wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her husband, Richard Van Frank, her children, Steven and Nancy, and her two granddaughters, Susannah and Amelia.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Cross and Crown Lutheran Church, 5233 E 79th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. Friends are invited to gather with the family at the church from 1 PM until time of services.
