Wes has went to be with his grandfather Richard E. Neal and Uncle Jay Neal. He is survived by his Grandmother, and very best friend Florence Neal, his father Rick Neal, stepmother Monica Neal, baby brother Jay Neal, his mother Tina Closser, wife Vanessa Neal, children and stepchildren Black, Lilliana, Carly, Annabelle, Kharma Neal; Aribella, Arielle, Ana and Allyse Wright and all the friends that he called FAMILY.
A visitation for Wesley will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Leppert Mortuary – Nora, 740 East 86th St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240. Following the visitation will be a funeral service at 1:30 PM.
