Angus Allan MacDonald

MacDonald Angus Allan “Angie Norman", Age 85, Inverness. It Is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our brother a uncle. Born in Inverness on November 23, 1931, he was a son of the late Norman and Catherine (White) MacDonald. He was a member of Stella Maris Parish, Inverness. Angie was a laborer most of his life, his last job was the new school in Inverness. Angie leaves to mourn his sisters, Fay (late Paul) MacNeil, Pictou; Catherine (late John) Paetkau , Ontario; Margie (late Sonny) MacKinnon, Lorraine (Colin) Campbell, Joanne(Bernie) McIntyre, all of Boston; several nieces and nephews which he held close to his heart. Also two good friends who were always there with a ride or just a chat, Doreen Timmons and Edmond Doyle. He is predeceased by his sisters, Theresa (Colin) Basker, Isabel (Ringy) MacInnis, Christine (Maurice) Roch; brother, Neil MacDonald, Vincent and Agnes in infancy. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Monday February 20 in Stella Maris Church, Inverness from 10 – 10:45 with Funeral Mass to follow at 11 am. Fr. Bernie MacDonald officiating. Burial to take place at a later date in the parish cemetery.
