Daniel Martin Mac Quarie

MacQuarrie, Daniel "Martin" – Age 78, passed away in Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital on June 21, 2012. Born in Inverness on July 4, 1933, he was a son of the late Donald and Flora Belle (MacDonald) MacQuarrie. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, West Lake Ainslie. Martin is survived by his brother, John of Mabou as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Angus Charles, Alexander, John Dan, Daniel Francis and Angus Dennis; sisters, Annie Mae MacDonald, Mary Catherine, Catherine Agnes MacEachern, Mary Belle MacEachern, Mary Margaret, Christine Ella Hubbard, Jessie Jane and Mary Theresa MacDougall. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. Funeral mass will take place in Immaculate Conception Church, West Lake Ainslie on Monday June 25 at 11 am with Fr. Bernie MacDonald officiating. Burial to follow in the parish cemetery. No flowers please. Memorial donations may be made to Immaculate Conception Cemetery Fund, West Lake Ainslie.
