My heart felt condolences to all my cousins and relatives.
I always smile when I think of the time I visited Auntie Eileen for the first time. As we were waiting for our luggage my friend asked me what Auntie Eileen looked like, I replied (laughing) I had no idea but upon walking out to arrivals everything was fine, she looked like the twin of my mum, Jeanne her sister.
She picked me and my friend up from the airport, Alex was driving and he turned right on a red light. My friend and I looked at each other when Auntie Eileen saw our faces and laughed. It's ok girls she said, we can turn right on a red light here.
Another memory is when she visited England and was staying with my mum. She included me in her secrecy of going for a "walk" which actually meant a walk to the candy store and buying the biggest Mars bar she could and said I had to hide the wrapper as she wasn't meant to eat them.

So sorry for your loss, Eileen was a lovely person and much loved by her family back home. I found this photo in my mum’s albums - I believe Eileen is front left. With love, Denise Hartley (née Chambers)
