I worked for the Salvation Army in Sydney and was honored in knowing Tracey.  She was a force of nature and made me smile every time she popped in!  She brought me in this poem and said she wrote it for me, l was going through a tough time, my son was ill, and I was so touched.  I have held on to this poem and read it numerous times over the years as I suffered through the loss of my son and my husband.  It gave me strength in myself to keep on going even when I felt I couldn't..  I share it today with her family, I hope it will bring you some peace in this very difficult time.

Besides her children, Tracey is survived by her ex-husband, James Gardner, all of Sydney Mines; sister, Rosalynd (Murdoch) Cameron and brother, Trevior Wiswell of Ryley and Camrose Alberta. As well as many nieces and nephews.
Tracey will be dearly missed by her godfather, Stanley MacEachen, who loved and looked after her like a second father. As well as many aunts and uncles in Inverness and Newfoundland!
She is predeceased by her parents, Walter and Florence; grandparents, Robert and Agnes Wiswell, Richard and Margret Hennebury ( Lord’s Cove, Nfl); uncle, Gordon Wiswell and cousin Tammy Jean Wiswell; as well as her cherished godmother, Veronica Deagle (Inverness).
