Services were held at 2:00 pm on Monday, February 2, 2015, at Letitia Baptist Church east of Lawton, Oklahoma. Burial was in the Letitia Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park, Texas.
Bernice was born November 4, 1921. She was preceded in death by her parents, 11 siblings, her first husband, Glenn Moore, and second husband, Sam McGee, along with 2 children by her first marriage.
Survivors include a daughter, Gwendolyn Moore, 1 grandson and 2 great grandsons by her first marriage, and a daughter, Janice Bruce, by her second marriage, along with 6 grandchildren and 7 more great grandchildren. Memorials are suggested to St. Judes.
