She was a lifelong resident of the Iowa Park, Kamay, and Valley View area and was a member of the Kamay Baptist Church. Betty was born on September 18, 1927, in Waurika, Oklahoma, to Noma Ruth Fields Fulfer and Fred Adams Fulfer Sr. She married Robert "Edward" Glasgow on June 28th, 1946, and was married until his death on March 2, 2007. She was a Dietary Technician for over 30 years, retiring at Presbyterian Manor at the age of 72. Betty, also known to many as "Aunt Betty", was the matriarch of her family. Family meant everything to her. You could not go to her house without her wanting to fix you something to eat or drink. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed the simple life, relaxing on her front porch bird watching, and working crossword puzzles. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and was an awesome listener.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband. Nine brothers, Reford, Omer, Fred "Fat", Charles, Bobby, Sonny, Robert, Johnny, and Jerry Fulfer, and 3 sisters, Pearl Young, Helen Fulfer, and Shirley Sadberry. She is also preceded in death by numerous nieces and nephews.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews, to whom she meant the world to and will deeply miss her, but are so proud to have had her in their lives. She definitely has left a legacy of love and kindness.
