Graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 15, 2011 at Highland Cemetery, Iowa Park, Texas. Services are under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park.
Charlene was born May 20, 1926. She was a resident of Iowa Park.
Survivors include 2 sons, Carroll Phipps and Dan Phipps, 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, with the 4th expected soon.
