Charles was born June 19, 1946 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Henry Edward and Tommie (Montgomery) Moore. He was an auto mechanic. He and Barbara Jean Tepfer were married December 17, 1966 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He lived all his life in the Iowa Park area.
His parents preceded him in death.
His survivors include Barbara, his wife of 45 years, of Iowa Park; daughter, Lisa Nelon and husband, Scott of Bowie, Texas; son, Sonny Moore and wife, Kim of Wichita Falls, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; and a brother, Dewey Michael Moore of Wichita Falls, Texas.
