Danny Wayne Brent

Funeral services will be at 2 pm Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Dutton Funeral Home Chapel in Iowa Park, Texas.

Danny was born April 3, 1952 in Flint, Michigan. He was a contractor in both Michigan and Texas. He loved to fish, camp, cook, travel and spend time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Brent of Holliday, Texas; his father, Clarence Brent of Lewiston, Michigan; daughter, Annette Gilley and husband, Stephen of Syracuse, UT; son, Danny Brent and wife, Julie of Wichita Falls, TX; daughter, Shannon Riffe and husband, Rob of Lake Michigan; daughter, Sheila Brent of Glendale, AZ; daughter, Barbara Brent of Newaygo, Michigan; son, Clarence Brent of Rodney, Michigan; stepson, Robbie Hooten of Wichita Falls, TX; stepson, Stephen Hooten and wife, Misty of Holliday, TX; 18 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; brothers, Jessie Brent and Randy Brent of Lewiston, Michigan; sister, Donna Brent of New Mexico; and sister, Joyce Brent of Lewiston, Michigan.

His is preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Jean Brent and a brother, Jimmy Brent.
